Championing Diversity at Sea: Voices from Dorian LPG and the Diversity@Sea Pilot

We are excited to share a powerful new video highlighting Dorian LPG’s commitment to diversity through the Diversity@Sea pilot, an initiative under the All Aboard Alliance. Featuring insights from Maria Skarveli, Crew Manager, and female seafarers Nadezda Poliscuka, Klydel Heinz Lagasca, and Aylin Topcu, 3rd Officer, placed by TURTLE, this video showcases the strides being made in improving working conditions for women onboard.

As one of the top 20 companies in the industry involved in the All Aboard Alliance Diversity@Sea workstream, Dorian LPG has played a key role in testing and implementing new measures to improve working conditions for women seafarers on board vessels.

Dorian LPG recognizes that in today's competitive environment, it is important to present themselves as a forward-thinking employer. Partnering with TURTLE has broadened the opportunities to attract seafarers from a wide range of nationalities as well as different genders, in an effort to establish a diverse and inclusive working environment onboard.

Maria Skarveli, Crew Manager at Dorian LPG, says:

"Working with TURTLE has enhanced our employer branding. Their commitment aligns with our vision for crew recruitment by attracting new talent, including female seafarers, and using advanced technology to connect them directly with shipping companies."
